The room is neat & warm.

Particularly helpful staff, good services, and excellent location really close to pubs/discos, the Rhine, Dom and museums and the Cologne Cathedral and Central Railway Station. A great selection of fabulous food for meals.

Hotel was picturesque with good services. It had an awesome location close to the river. The breakfast was superb, plenty of food. The room had soft beds, a carpet, WiFi, and a TV with CNN.

The location is simply unbeatable and ensures the price. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars and pubs. . . Everything you need for a party weekend was within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super central location in the old town, on the banks of the Rhine. Had a single room with a view of the Rhine. The staff at the reception and also in the bar is mega friendly and courteous.

The room is in need of renovation, with partly dirty looking carpet. It smelled like cold stale smoke in the room.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the air conditioning was kept by the exceptionally kind staff. the location was magnificent on the river, very close to the Cathedral and just metres from a renowned monument.

This is in a great location and very close to a lot of the cool sites of Cologne.

The hotel itself was fine, but nothing that stood out. The single room was fairly small, and a bit pricey for what you get. Although you are likely paying for the excellent location.
